Daily Reflection

As i had alot of questions asked the other day, i am still researching the answers to the ones i think i would be able to find alot of information on. One question i had focused on today was what are some popular features on Block Island. One thing i now know is that Block Island has many nature trails. They have different hikes, birdwatching oppurtunities and nature trails you can go to. The website here lists all of the different natureous activities they have to offer. They also have alot of popular things to do. some of these include parasailing, banana boats, hiking, fishing, boating and going to the North and Southeast lighthouses. There is also a place calles Rodmans hollow that was formed by glaciers 20,000 years ago and is the only known habitat of a small vole like creature. There is more information on this website. One question that i had previously asnwered on my blog was how you get to BLock Island but somebody had asked how you get there and how much it costs. I found that they are many different prices to take the ferry. The high speed ferry costs 12 dollars for infants, 19.50 for children, and 35.85 for adults. for the Blcok Island Ferry, it costs 15.95 for adults, 14.95 for seniors, and 7.50 for children. I found this information on this website. As you can see there is a dramatic increase of the prices for the High speed ferry and the Block Island ferry. These prices are for the round trip for both ferries. That is some of the information i found today but am hpoing to find more monday or soon finish my research.
